When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item and how long you’ve had the item. Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.
Reasons for returns:
- The product is damaged (not by courier).
- Incorrect/wrong item (not the product the customer ordered).
- The product does not match website specifications, description or image.
Instructions for returning products:
Please report to us a return notification on the same day of receiving the orders. We will not accept returns if a report was not made by the customers within twenty four (24) hours from receiving the orders. Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. We will not accept returns if the product wasn’t returned within the seven (7) days time frame given. Send us an email or SMS (if local) containing your name, email, phone number, address, order (items) to be returned and a reason for return. Ship the items for return within 7 days of the date of the notification. Because we charged the shipping fee in behave of the shipping company, we will only refund you the good price which is Cassettesforsale Store responsibility. Unless arrangements are made with us, you cover the cost of the return. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return shipment. If a returned item is shipped internationally, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed on packages returned by Customs. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase. If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
Requirements for a Full Refund/Replacement:

- The item must be in its ORIGINAL packaging.
- The product MUST NOT have been used.

- We will consider Holidays, Sundays, weather conditions and unavoidable incidents which may cause delay of the returned products.
